• What does the commercial team do?
    As market leaders in sporting goods and homewares in New Zealand, the commercial division of the business provides a ‘bulk buy’ service to other businesses, schools, clubs etc. We don’t offer this service to personal shoppers. As part of our service, we offer competitive pricing, a personal sales service and free, no obligation quotes.
  • Commercial Hours:
     Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm. We are a small team of two so we appreciate your patience during busy periods and when our team of two becomes one.
  • Who can buy from the commercial division?
     
    We are a B2B (business to business) service. We are here to help businesses, clubs, schools, hotels etc. We cannot offer our commercial discount to personal shoppers.
  • How do I obtain a quote or place a bulk product order?
    We encourage customers send us an email at commercial@briscoes.co.nz or commercial@rebelsport.co.nz
     If this is not possible, give us call on our commercial line 0800 473 235.
  • I don’t have a trade account, can I still order from the commercial division?
    No account? No worries – we take orders on a cash sale basis. These orders require payment in full before the goods are released or delivered to you. We accept all major credit cards and payment by direct debit.
     A tax invoice and payment instructions will be emailed to you once your order has arrived at a store and is completed.
  • I’d like to set up a trade account, how?
     
    Contact us by email and we will go through the trade account application process with you.
  • When can I expect my quote?
     
    Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. We do our best to get quotes to customers as soon as possible. There may be slight delays during busy periods.
  • When can I expect my order to be ready or delivered?
     
    Our standard turnaround period is 5-7 working days. We do our best to have orders processed and ready for collection or delivered as soon as possible. There may be slight delays during busy periods. Factors out of our control such as couriers contribute to delays. We will do our best to communicate any delays.
  •  I need my order today.
    Unfortunately because we do not operate out of our own on site distribution centre and we rely on a number of parties to fulfil our orders; we are unable to guarantee the delivery or availability of orders prior to our 5-7 day standard order timeframe. We are here to help though and will assist you as best we can to accommodate your needs.

  • Where does my order come from?
     
    There are a few ways we source product for orders. Direct from our suppliers, via our stores and via our distribution centre. Whilst we would love to be able to fulfil customer orders instantly, there are many people involved in our order process and as important as your order is to us; your order is just a small part of their everyday tasks.

  • Can I collect my order?
     
    Yes of course. We can source from or send your order to any of our store locations for you to collect once it is ready.
    A collected order will still require a 5-7 working day lead timeframe if necessary

  • What is the freight charge on my order?
    The freight charge for all standard size orders is $5 per order. Larger orders for items such as outdoor furniture, large fitness and sports equipment like treadmills and basketball systems incur at $75 delivery fee. Terms & conditions apply for some orders – please contact directly us for these. Freight prices include gst. Orders over $500 are freight free.

  •  I have changed my mind or have product that is faulty or damaged
     
    Send us an email advising the need to return; we will talk you through the returns process and your options.

  •  Can I go into store to exchange an item I have purchased through commercial?
     
    Goods can be exchanged or returned at any of our stores as long as you take in with you a copy of the order tax invoice.

  •  You don’t have what I am looking for
     
    Contact us by email anyway, we will do all we can to find what you are looking for.

  •  I only have a small order; can I still place this with the commercial division?
     
    We have no preference on the size your order. We are happy to help with these; big or small.
